Metal Duct Expansion Joints
Uses:
For use on Boiler Ducts, Air Preheater Ducts, Precipitator Ducts, Scrubber Ducts and Fan Ducts and where Fabric Expansion Joints can't be used such as Bowl Mills and Steam Turbine Extraction Lines.
Specifications:
Metal expansion joints are custom built to suit each application. The type of metal selected is determined by service conditions, temperature, pressure, medium and movements. Materials used are carbon steel, corten and various grades of stainless steel for the bellows. Angle flanges or weld ends are usually carbon steel.
